It is important that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience when dealing with Toy Buzz, so we are glad to provide you with a store credit within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened in the original packaging. Email you order ID to- sales@toybuzz.com.au and we will be in contact. The purchaser also needs to cover all associated shipping costs even under free shipping promotions as there is a shipping cost payable that we absorb or any reduced rate shipping pricing we offer as part of the sale if a return is required for change of mind or an incorrect purchase being made and product is unopened then the actual cost for shipping to and from the customer is payable in full by the purchaser. The change of mind return policy excludes bulky items, please choose carefully as we do not offer returns on these items unless off course there is a warranty claim which will be handled as per the manufacturers’ requirement. Bulk products usually include but not limited to outdoor play equipment, ride on toys such as electric quad bikes and other large products that cannot be delivered through the Australia Post network.
