Our customers have the option of picking up their order In Store at no charge, simply select Free In Store Pickup as the option when checking out and we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.
Our Delivery/shipping costs are kept simple, this is calculated automatically in the cart/checkout section of the website based on the selected products. The total price you see in the checkout includes the delivery cost. If you purchase a product within the standard delivery class and a product within the bulky class 1 delivery class you will only be charged for 1 delivery class being the higher class, in this case the bulky class 1 charge will apply. Bulky items include products such as outdoor play equipment being swings, trampolines, some ride on products such as ride on cars etc. Charges as follows
Standard (2-4 days delivery) – $8.95
Express (1-2 days delivery) – $14.95
Bulky Class 1 (3-5 days for bulky items) – $49.95
Bulky Class 2 (3-5 days for bulky items) – $149.95

Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive an email with your order number confirming your order. Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped you will then get an email from us confirming your order has been completed with an invoice.

In some instances we are able to price match as long as the product is not below our cost price and the website is Australian based. The product also needs to be in stock. To enquire please email: sales@toybuzz.com.au with the product name and or SKU number if available.
Yes, our clients have the option of saving on shipping charges and picking up their order In Store. Clients are also able to visit and shop In Store if preferred.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
This usually occurs once you confirm your order in the checkout.
A wish list allows you to save products for viewing at a later stage and if you have registered for an account you can access your wish list within your account at anytime until you remove the products from your wish list. Best of all you then have the option to add the products within your wish list with one simple click to your cart for ready for purchase.
