Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • We charge a shipping standard rate of $9.95 per order for most items in Australia which is calculated on checkout excluding regional/remote areas, some exceptions do apply such as bulky items, see below standard shipping section.
  • For large/bulky items as detailed in shipping section of product description, there is bulky class 1: $79.95* and bulky class 2: $199.95* depending on the item,  this will be calculated at a flat rate and added to the total during the checkout. Please note this is an approximate price and may vary. See below bulk shipping section for more information.
  • Express shipping is charged at $14.95 for standard items only excluding bulky items. Express is only available for NSW orders. This can be selected by phoning us and charge will be automatically applied to the total, see below express shipping section.
  • Once your order has been placed it will be dispatched approx within 1-2 business days.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. If you have not received it after 3 days please inform us.
  • Toy Buzz does not include insurance as part of any product purchased, this will need to be purchased separately to protect our customers from any lost goods. Toy Buzz does not accept liability for any goods lost in transit without insurance. Please contact us on to purchase insurance once you have placed your order. Please document your order number in email.
  • If you need your order by a certain date please email us at and we will confirm a delivery date.
  • No goods over 20 Kg can be sent to a PO Box
  • During free shipping promotions, exclusions apply but are not limited to remote areas, islands. Items which exceed 1.2m length or over 20kgs in weight may incur a shipping charge. Items excluded from the free shipping promotion also include all Bulky or oversized items. You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm freight charges. We reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time. You will be entitled to a refund or cancellation should you not wish to proceed with the order. Free shipping only applies to customers in metropolitan areas around Australia. Where there are items that are part of the Free Shipping Promotion and other items which are not part of the free shipping promotion in the cart/checkout you will only be eligible for free shipping for items as part of the free shipping promotion, if unsure this can be viewed under the shipping and delivery tab on the product page. Please contact for any further information about costs.
  • Standard Flat rate prices are based up to 20kg and nothing greater than 50cm cubic volume/weight parcels. If your order exceeds the maximum weight or volume you will be notified immediately as prices may vary.
  • We strive to supply the most reasonable cost for the customer and would ask for your understanding when shipping conditions change.
  • Toy Buzz reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs as we see fit.
  • Some products carry Special Delivery Conditions and may cost more than the standard site quoted rates when shipping outside metro areas. Please check the product description and ask us for more details if it is not clearly specified on the product.
  • Our customers now have the option of picking up their order in store at no additional cost when placing their order online,  simply check in store pick up and we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up or you have the option of visiting our store to make the purchase.

Damaged Goods

  • Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by with the shipping company.
  • We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
  • Signing the delivery note means you have received the goods and they are in good order and take ownership for those goods. Toy Buzz will not be liable for these delivered goods once the delivery note is signed.

*Bulk price items will vary and be calculated as an approx. during checkout depending in product/products selected, sometimes there may be a variation to the cost applied during checkout and if this is the case we will be in contact to notify you before shipping the order. The higher bulk item shipping charge for the first item will apply and if there are multiple bulk items only the first item charge will be applied and we will contact you for the additional items shipping charges before completing the order. If you choose not to proceed with the order due to your variation in cost if applicable we will provide you with a full refund. It is the direct cost charged to us by the courier and would be a similar cost to other sites if bulky items are ordered. Alternatively you may contact us at to find out more or email the product/s code along with your postcode prior to placing your order. As a rough guide costs can vary depending on the item and location, however a firm price can be given by contacting us. Any pre order  and or special order cancellation requests may attract a 25% fee if client decides to cancel order however if cancellation is made from our end no fee will be applicable, if unsure please call or email us to confirm before placing an order. Typical bulk items can included but not limited to larger ride on toys, out door play equipment such as cubby houses, trampolines, swing sets etc.

Please note some larger items are not eligible for delivery to some regional and remote areas of Australia. If you are unsure, please contact us or send us an email with your Postcode. If the order is placed and we are unable to deliver you will be entitled to a full refund.

Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected Orders

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as a re-shipment fee will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing.

If your order is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection, and you choose to receive a refund, the return fee of $15 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. Reshipment fee will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up.

Please note we will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

  • Your order will be delivered from our warehouse. We always try to ensure that the stock levels shown on our product pages (after you’ve entered your postcode) are accurate, but if there are any delays or other problems at all with your order, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible, and pass on any information from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available.
